NJS Holdings LLC is happy to work with real estate agents and brokers to partner in renting our units. Realtors will be compensated according to industry standards (one month's rent) after presenting a tenant who passes a credit check and signs a 12-month lease.

Please contact Kathy Zucker, NJS Holdings Marketing Rep, for access to the unit. We require 24 hours notice before each showing. Standard floorplan flyers are available upon request, or you can download a customizable flyer (see righthand column) and add your contact information.

Real estate agents and brokers are responsible for showing the units and providing the names of prospective tenants to Ms. Zucker before each showing to ensure they receive their commission. There is no exclusive showing arrangement in place, all real estate agents and brokers licensed in the state of New Jersey are welcome to show and rent available rental units.
